I will keep his current address posted below.
You can mail Elder Curtis a letter using the "pouch" system. Letters need to be postcards and letters that are single sheet, folded into 3 panels, and taped at the top (no envelopes). These letters will be a regular stamp as they are sent to Salt Lake.
